Our 2.5-acre campus
is a place where people can gather
and do their thing.
We specialize in making affordable working spaces available for those who serve the neurodiverse community. We also prioritize renting spaces to anyone whose work and activities support and nurture spiritual life.
We have four spaces available on an hourly, per-use pay scale. Each has a different size, set-up and amenities, so you can choose what’s right for you …
Our Spaces
The Lounge
Living-room-style seating for small groups
Usually available: After 4 pm Tue-Fri; all day Sat
Size: 600 SF
Accommodates: 1-16 people
Features:
Carpeted space with couches and armchairs
French doors look out to patio with bench seating
THE LOUNGE RENTAL RATES
$60/hr for one-time use
$50/hr for recurring monthly reservation
$40/hr for recurring weekly reservation
Two Meeting Rooms
Conference/classroom use
Both usually available: 4-9 pm M-F
Weekends:
Unit B/Yellow: 12-9 pm Sat, 4-9 pm Sun
Unit C/Blue: 9am-9pm Sat, 4-9 pm Sun
Size: 1400 SF
Accommodates: 8-10 at conference table; 12-20 in circle seating; up to 30 in row seating

Two walls of windows with green views
Flexible seating in upholstered chairs
Kitchenette for beverages and snacks
Balcony for breakout space
Projector and screen available for presentations
Reservable pinboards for recurring groups
Note: These rooms have no reservable storage spaces

The Nourishing Spirits Center
Larger group event space with warming kitchen
Usually available: 4-6 pm M-F, 6-9 pm Tue only,
12-9 pm Sat; unavailable Sundays
Size: 1865 SF
Accommodates: up to 60 at round or long table seating; 80-90 in folding chair row seating; up to 120 standing room only
Features:
Wall of windows spanning long side
Private restrooms
Adjacent parking
Warming kitchen with serving island
Rolling partition to divide into two-spaces (sorry, no discount for renting one side only, if Meeting Room is available)
Podium, microphone, speakers, projector and screen available for presentations
Rentable locked storage cupboards for recurring groups
THE NSC RENTAL RATES
$100/hr for one-time use
$80/hr for recurring monthly reservation
$60/hr for recurring weekly reservation
Additional set-up fee may apply, if you don’t want to set it up yourself
$25 Refundable key deposit
$100 Clean-up deposit, refunded if whole space is cleaned after use
The Church Building
Flexible seating and setup, ideal for performing arts, art shows, and other public presentations
Size: 2000 SF
Accommodates: Seating for up to 80, comfortably; standing room for 100-120
Features:
Auditorium-style setup, or circle/square group participation seating
Excellent acoustics for speaking, singing and acoustic/chamber instruments (the room is too live for most electric bands)
Tons of natural light, with view windows to the foothills
Adjustable lighting for evening presentations and dramatic performances
Portable platform staging
CHURCH BUILDING RENTAL RATES
$150 for a two-hour, one-time, event (additional setup fees may apply)

Note:
First-time users must sign a Facilities Use Agreement, which requires that you have event and liability insurance. If you don’t have business insurance, you can add St. George’s as a ‘named insured’ on your homeowner policy, or easily acquire low-cost TULIP insurance (directions for this are written into the Agreement).
